Winter flounder (aka Black back) is caught by our members in the Fall and Winter using trawl gear. Our catch goes directly from our boats to our co-op seafood facility to you.

Winter Flounder has a mild taste with a lean, boneless, and flaky texture. Winter Flounder is an excellent, low-fat source of B vitamins and niacin.
