Our co-op fishermen harvest our lobster here on Cape Cod and then we cook, hand shuck, and pack in our co-op facility in Chatham.
Our fully cooked lobster "snack pack" is just what you need to make your own lobster roll, serve with a salad, pair with your pasta dish, or enjoy right out of the bag.
The lobster meat is succulent, tender, and sweet with an ocean flavor unique to our waters just off Cape Cod.

As Chatham Harvesters Coop we are prioritizing our seafood availabilty and access to our members. We also make many of our products available at our farmers markets to the public on a first come first serve basis.
