These stuffed quahogs are a special collaboration between Chatham Harvesters and the Truro Community Kitchen, bringing together locally harvested shellfish, traditional Cape flavors, and a shared commitment to community.
The quahogs are harvested by local shellfisherman Ernie Eldredge from the rich shellfish beds of Stage Harbor in Chatham, then prepared by the talented team at the Truro Community Kitchen.
Each "stuffie" is generously filled with quahogs, linguica, herbs, vegetables, butter, and breadcrumbs, creating a savory, satisfying bite that's packed with local flavor.
Ingredients: Quahogs (clams), linguica, bread, Ritz crackers, onion, celery, red bell pepper, garlic, butter, parsley, oregano, and Tabasco.
Cooking Instructions: Fully cooked. Simply heat in a 375°F oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until hot throughout.
