Our members catch swordfish by using a harpoon, one of the oldest methods for catching fish. Our catch goes directly from our boats to our seafood facility to you.

 

North Atlantic Swordfish is moist and flavorful with a slightly sweet taste. It's texture is firm with moderate oil content. It is an excellent source of selenium, niacin, vitamin B12, and zinc. 

 

Our swordfish is a smart seafood choice because it is sustainably managed and responsibly harvested under U.S. regulations.

 

We flash-freeze our catch at peek freshness which locks-in all the best flavors. We recommend that you eat immediately after thawing.
