Our members catch Mahi Mahi by using a rod and reel during the summer months. Our catch goes directly from our boats to our seafood facility to you.
 
Mahi mahi has a sweet, mild flavor and is firm with large, moist flakes. Mahi Mahi is low in saturated fat and a good source of vitamin B12, phosphorus, and potassium. We flash-freeze our catch at peek freshness which locks-in all the best flavors. We recommend that you eat immediately after thawing. 
 
Our wild-caught Mahi Mahi is not subject to overfishing according to NOAA Fisheries.
