Our members catch bigeye tuna by using a rod and reel during the summer months. Our catch goes directly from our boats to our seafood facility to you.
Bigeye tuna has a mild, meaty flavor with a higher fat content than Yellowfin tuna. Sashimi lovers typically prefer Bigeye. It is low in saturated fat and sodium and is a very good source of protein, thiamin, selenium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids.
We flash-freeze our catch at peek freshness which locks-in all the best flavors. We recommend that you eat immediately after thawing.
