Butterfish are caught by our member-fishermen throughout the Spring.  Our catch goes directly from our boats to our co-op seafood facility to you.
 
Butterfish have tender, rich, and slightly sweet flesh with a delicate texture. Their higher natural oil content makes them especially flavorful and forgiving to cook—ideal for grilling, roasting, or pan-searing whole.
