Scup is caught by our member-fishermen in the Spring. Our catch goes directly from our boats to our co-op seafood facility to you.

 

Scup have lean and flaky flesh and are best to eat and cook whole. , after they’ve been scaled and dressed.Scup is a low-sodium, low-fat source of protein. It is high in niacin, phosphorus, vitamins B6 and B12, and selenium.
