Skate wings have a mild flavor, infused with the ocean merrior off our Cape Cod coast. Skate are traditionally pan fried in brown butter served with capers. The texture is similar to a scallop!
We flash freeze and vacuum seal our wings at peak freshness to lock-in all the deicious flavor from the ocean. We catch skate year around.
