TUNA'tastic Burger

A meat-free twist on the classic hamburger

This Tuna'tastic burger offers a meat-free twist on the classic hamburger. Whether enjoyed piping hot from the skillet or charred on the grill, these tuna burgers are a culinary sensation. Customize with your favorite toppings—the classic lettuce and tomato combo or a more adventurous mix of avocado and sliced red onion with soy-flavored aioli.

Packed with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D and boasting lean protein, it's also delicious and a wholesome choice!



1/2 pound Chatham Harvesters Bluefin Tuna, chopped into pieces

2 Tbsp Anchovy paste or canned anchovies in oil, chopped

2 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped

2 Tbsp Kalamata Olives, chopped


In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulsate until mixed well. Remove the mixture from the bowl and create two equal balls. Shape into patties. Heat a heavy skillet to medium-high. Place patties in pan and cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until burger has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Serve on a roll.
